We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our newest Ecofitness gym space in Crumlin, operating out of Clogher Road Sports Centre, Crumlin. This is more than just a gym—it’s a vibrant hub for strength, movement, and connection.
💥 What We Do
Our semi-private small group training sessions are capped at 14 people per class, giving you the perfect balance of personal attention and group energy. Each 45-minute session includes:
* Strength training using machines, free weights, and bodyweight
* Mobility work to improve flexibility and reduce injury risk
* Cardio bursts to boost endurance and burn fat
We’re here to help you feel strong, confident, and supported—whether you’re just starting out or levelling up your fitness game.
🗓️ Timetable
Our current Crumlin schedule includes:
* Monday at 5:30 PM
* Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday at 6:30 PM
All sessions are 45 minutes long, and we’re expanding soon to include boxercise workouts and kettlebell training—both included in your membership for added value.

Membership Type:
Access Crumlin Only - 3 sessions/week at Crumlin €120/month
Roaming Pass:
Unlimited Access to Crumlin, Perrystown, Ballycullen, and Online Studio €140/month
The Roaming Pass gives you access to all three Dublin locations plus live online workouts three times a week—perfect for holidays, travel, or busy weeks when you can’t make it to the gym.
