Our postnatal indoor fitness class at our Perrystwon studio, Templeogue offers a comprehensive full-body workout, incorporating essential elements such as breathing techniques, pelvic floor mobility, cardio, balance training, strength and toning exercises, as well as core restoration and strengthening. Led by qualified postnatal fitness instructor Korina Duffy, our classes focus on delivering safe, effective, and functional exercises tailored to support your postpartum body. 
BOOK YOUR COMPLIMENTARY MUM FIT CLASS PASS 
During the session, modifications for each exercise will be provided to accommodate different stages of postpartum recovery and varying fitness levels. Our classes are designed to be flexible and accommodating, allowing you to participate with your baby in tow, no matter the situation – be it a sleeping baby, a crying baby, a crawling baby, or even handling feeding, diaper changes, and unpredictable moments! Our classes are structured to keep you engaged in your fitness journey while also creating a supportive and understanding environment for all the challenges that come with being a new parent.

Days: Tuesday 11am and Thursday 10.15am 
 
Unlimited Monthly Membership includes full access to our Perrytstown Studio Group Classes to include Pilates and Yoga. 
 
Unlimited Access To Monthly membership 99pm which includes access to our online live workouts also for those days you are homebound and a 1-1 Personal Training session with Korina at her Studio on Whitehall Road, Terenure.
