HERE ARE A FEW ANSWERS TO OUR MOST COMMON QUESTIONS 

WHERE ARE THE SESSIONS HELD? 
Personal Training Studio on Whitehall Road, Terenure. Group Training Studio at Perrystown Community Centre, Dublin 12 
HOW MANY GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS CAN I ATTEND PER WEEK? 
You can attend up to 3 per week. Sessions are 45mins long. 
WILL I HAVE TO FOLLOW A DIET PLAN? 
I do not give a diet plan. The best diet to be on is the one you already have with some simple changes which I will suggest to you during the course. 
WILL I HAVE TO GIVE UP ANY FOOD OR DRINK? 
Absolutely not! There is no such thing as good or bad food. Yes, there is food with more nutritional value. But I will teach you this in week 2 of our course when we cover " All About Nutrition For Health". 
WILL THE NUTRITION COACHING AND MINDSET COACHING BE IN PERSON OR ONLINE? 
These coaching sessions will be online via zoom. Workshops will be recorded and put back up onto our private membership site. 
WHAT IF I MISS THE LIVE COACHING SESSIONS, WILL IT BE RECORED? 
Yes, our live weekly sessions will be recorded and uploaded to your programme on your private portal. The replay will be available for 1 week. After 1 week, it is then taken down. 
WILL I HAVE ACCESS TO THE PROGRAMME AFTER WE FINISH THE 6 WEEKS? 
After your first 6 weeks, you can apply to join our Level 2 Six Week Progromme. 
I HAVE FOOD TOLERANCES AND ALLERGIES. CAN I STILL JOIN? 
Absolutely! You will work on your current diet. Generally, small changes to your diet work best. I will guide you every step of the way. 
I AM CURRENTLY PREGNANT, COULD I JOIN? 
Firstly, congratulations. But I’m afraid we can’t accept you as you will have different dietary needs. 
I DON'T HAVE MUCH WEIGHT TO LOSE BUT I HAVE TERRIBLE EATING HABITS. WILL THIS PROGROMME BENEFIT ME? 
Absolutely! Now is the best time to start working on eating habits, a healthy mindset around eating healthily, which will help keep you feeling and looking younger for longer. 
ARE COURSES REFUNDABLE? 
Once booked, courses are non-refundable. 
I AM STARTING MY MENOPAUSAL YEARS. WILL THIS COURSE HELP ME REDUCE BELLY FAT?

I will also cover emotional eating, personality traits we inherited that may cause you to feel stuck. I also cover belief systems and how to break old belief systems so you can start living the life that you deserve. And so much more. 
I DO NOT HAVE ANY WEIGHT TO LOSE. WILL THIS COURSE HELP ME CREATE A HEALTHIER LIFESTYLE HABITS? 
It sure will. We cover 3 areas of lifestyle that include fitness, nutrition and mindset to help you live a healthier, happier life. 
WHAT IF I CAN ONLY JOIN 1 OR 2 CLASSES. CAN I PAY AS YOU GO? 
Everyone has to complete their first 6 weeks for maximum results. Post 6 weeks, you will have the option to then join as a monthly member. 
WHAT RESULTS SHOULD I EXPECT?
